Welcome to Georgia, Again!

This week we had welcome week, the second one for me, and it was much different than the first. The best part about it for me, was that it was a lot of time spent in community.

I have come to realize, especially after last semester, how much of an extrovert I am. And that I thrive when I have people around me. Not just any people, but people who are seeking after similar things that I am seeking after.

We had time to just sit and get to know one another. As I sat and talked to different people, I began to learn the stories of the people I will be entering into a new season with for the semester. I love stories. Some of them were stories of World Race experiences. Some of the stories were about life experiences and how growth has come out of those experiences.

The end of last semester brought a huge revelation. A part of my story that I had not realized. It is something that has changed my perspective on many things. I can’t wait to start this new semester and all the new experiences that will come from it. I know I have a lot more to learn and places to grow.

Thank you for all your support and prayers, I would not be here without you!
